Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Rodman to support survey field crews on a variety of projects. This position involves outdoor, physically demanding work in varying terrain and weather conditions. No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
Requirements
• Must pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with boundary, topographic, route, and construction surveys
• Carry, set, and hold rods, prisms, and lath
• Assist with collecting basic field measurements
• Support layout and staking activities
• Load, transport, and organize equipment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of survey trucks and equipment
• Set up and break down basic equipment
• Clear survey lines as needed
• Drive stakes, hubs, and lath
• Work closely with crew members to complete tasks
• Maintain site awareness and adhere to safety protocols and company procedures

• Basic understanding of construction or outdoor work (preferred)
