Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior CADD Technician / Data Manager to lead the processing, drafting, and management of survey and engineering data. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with surveyors and engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality project deliverables.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening
• Office-based role with coordination with field crews
• Detail-oriented, fast-paced environment

• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop CADD personnel

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process survey data
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and layout plans
• Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to develop and modify designs based on project requirements
• Oversee data organization, accuracy, and consistency across multiple projects 

• Support quality control standards and best practices for drafting and data management 

• Maintain organized digital project files and ensure proper data workflows

Qualifications

• Experience in land surveying required (specialized training available in select areas)
• High school diploma required; associate degree or certification preferred

• Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and general office software
• Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical and mathematical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
